Liability Waiver and Release Form for Children’s Auto Workshop

1. Acknowledgment of Risks

I, the undersigned parent or legal guardian, acknowledge that participating in an auto workshop involving children working around and under vehicles and engines involves inherent risks, including but not limited to physical injury, burns, cuts, or other accidents resulting from working with tools, engines, or vehicles.

2. Assumption of Risk

I understand and accept the risks associated with this activity and voluntarily agree to allow my child to participate. I acknowledge that I am responsible for ensuring that my child follows all safety instructions and guidelines provided by the workshop staff.

3. Release and Indemnity

In consideration of my child's participation, I agree to release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless Et tires & Car Services and Bennett Gang Productions, its owners, employees, instructors, volunteers, and agents from any and all claims, liabilities, damages, or causes of action that may arise from any injury, accident, or loss to my child during or in connection with the workshop, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.

4. Medical Treatment Authorization

In the event of an emergency, I authorize the workshop staff to obtain medical treatment for my child if necessary. I agree to assume responsibility for any costs incurred.

5. Safety Acknowledgment

I confirm that my child has been instructed on safe behavior and understands the importance of following all safety rules provided by the workshop staff.

6. Photography and Video Release

I consent to the use of photographs or videos taken during the workshop for promotional or educational purposes.
